At DJIStore, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your drone or accessories in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your DJIStore account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all batteries, controllers, cables, and manuals to ensure the return is eligible for processing.
Ship the Product
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and flight log data, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
